Where do orders ship from?
Orders are fulfilled and dispatched from China. We currently deliver to supported international markets; China is not a customer delivery destination.
How long will my order take?
Processing usually takes 3–5 business days. Transit is approximately 10 business days after dispatch for most destinations, but customs and local carrier handling can affect the final delivery date.
How much is shipping?
Shipping rates vary by destination. European Union orders are $8 USD under $30, $5 USD from $30 to $59.99, and free from $60. United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and Australia orders are $5 USD under $30, $3 USD from $30 to $59.99, and free from $60. All available destinations are shipped DDP, with customs clearance, import duties, and import taxes prepaid by Lure Lunatic. The final checkout rate applies.
Can I return an item?
You may request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery. Contact us before sending anything back. Eligibility and return shipping depend on the reason for the return.
What should I check before ordering a reel skin?
Confirm the exact reel brand, model, model year, and retrieve side. Reel bodies differ, so do not order by appearance alone. Contact us before ordering if your reel is not shown in the compatibility information.
